Best customer service! The location manager Martin is the most responsive, thoughtful, and kind business-person I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Extremely convenient location right off Island Hwy (not in some middle-of-nowhere spot), passcode-enabled access to the facility, clean and pleasant environment.

Martin was very helpful and honest. Very clear about options and appears that the company is easy to deal with - customer oriented. We didn't even shop around much after our meeting with him and booked a locker.

Amazing service! Martin is easy to work with and super knowledgeable. He suggested the perfect size for my storage needs and answered all my questions. The facility is super clean, and I love that the units are secure but easy to access. If you have extra stuff lying around, don't hesitate to give Martin a call and get your extra stuff stored at a great place, and you'll have peace of mind.

Clean, well-kept storage lockers. The on-site manager is professional and accommodating. When we first moved over from the mainland, we weren't sure if our ferry would make it on time before Sentinel closed so the manager offered to wait for us. Now that's service! We were also able to buy a good lock at a very reasonable price in the office. We are now finished with the locker and it was super easy to check out.
