Amazing service! Martin is easy to work with and super knowledgeable. He suggested the perfect size for my storage needs and answered all my questions. The facility is super clean, and I love that the units are secure but easy to access. If you have extra stuff lying around, don't hesitate to give Martin a call and get your extra stuff stored at a great place, and you'll have peace of mind.

Very pleasant and efficient to deal from the reserving online to meeting Martin at the office the day of the move. Even more appreciative of the fact Martin offered to come back to the office for the facility tour and instructions if my ferry was delayed at all.

Best customer service! The location manager Martin is the most responsive, thoughtful, and kind business-person I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Extremely convenient location right off Island Hwy (not in some middle-of-nowhere spot), passcode-enabled access to the facility, clean and pleasant environment.
